Relevance:

Students enjoy making real life connections to employment and life. Using the history of this business gives the student the time and information building the business. Students use the different departments to discover the why and why-not of business.

Assessment

Reading their disseminations and reflections will uncover their own understanding of what happened and started the different phases of the factory.
